Important Added Info: Note that this Danish program has an unusual die-cut cover, where the left 40% of the cover is solely an image of Lena Horne, and then it is opened to reveal a cast image with credits above it (we have not seen other Danish programs with die-cut covers like this). Also note that we have pictured the front and back covers and an interior 2-page spread from this program.
