An Original Vintage Theatrical Window Card Movie Poster (measures 14" x 22") (Learn More) The Hitch-Hiker, the 1953 Ida Lupino serial killer crime film noir ("Who'll be his next victim... You?"; "-there's Death in his upraised Thumb!"; "Screenplay by Collier Young and Ida Lupino"; based on a true story, about two men who go fishing and pick up a hitchhiker on the way, but he turns out to be a crazy psychopathic killer, and he plays a bizarre game of cat and mouse with them) starring Frank Lovejoy, Edmond O'Brien, William Talman, Jose Torvay, and Sam Hayes. Note that nowadays the word "hitchhiker" is written as a single word, but back in 1953, it was hyphenated, so that is how the title was written on the posters and in the movie itself. It has minor defects, which are likely to be very noticeable in our "large" or "super-sized" images that you can click on from our small image at right.
