Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (27" x 41") (Learn More) 21 Days (released in the U.S. as "21 Days Together"), the 1940 Basil Dean English romantic crime murder thriller ("Excitingly Together!"; with a screenplay partly by Graham Greene, "Based on a story by John Galsworthy"; a man is accused of murder, and is given 21 days to prepare for his trial, and during that time he falls in love, and his girlfriend at first believes he is innocent, but as the days pass, she begins to have doubts) starring Vivien Leigh, Laurence Olivier, Leslie Banks, Francis L. Sullivan, and David Horne. Note that this film was completed in 1937 but was not released until after the success of Vivien Leigh in Gone with the Wind and Laurence Olivier in Wuthering Heights (and they had also recently divorced their respective spouses and married each other). It now looks great, and most dealers would describe it as "fine (or mint) on linen". We have noted the defects that were restored below (and feel everyone should always do this!). Many collectors would not be aware of the restoration this poster has had unless it was specifically shown to them! Condition: very good to fine. This poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. It appears to have had the following defects: There were small areas of paper loss at each crossfold and pinholes around the edges of the poster (including a few in Olivier's hair at top center The defects were well corrected during the linenbacking process and the poster now looks great!
