Important Added Info: Note that this is one of ten special stills we are currently auctioning that have both a wonderful "provenance", and also have an important signature on the back of every still! These stills come from the personal collection of actress Mae Clarke, who avidly collected stills from her own movies. In each case, she would take the still and write the names of the actors pictured on the front, and also the name of the movie in pen on the back of each still. Since she was writing her own name, that means that she "signed" every still! We have pictured the front and back of each still in each of these ten lots, so that you can clearly see what she wrote on the back of each. This is a wonderful opportunity to obtain rare stills from Mae Clarke's movies, as well as her signature on the back of every still! Also note that this still measures 8 1/4" x 10" [21 x 25 cm].
