Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this British quad, which is a "country of origin" poster for this partially English movie, and that was 6 years ago, when it sold for $3,600! Of course, this poster has a wonderful image that is not on any of the other posters we have seen for this movie, from any country! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tears and small paper loss in the left half of the top border, extending down 1" in some areas, and affecting the top left of the girl's outfit and her exposed skin at top center. It had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny bits of paper loss on parts of some folds, with pinholes in the corners. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
