Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had minor wear on the foldlines and in the borders. It had some smudges and scuffs around the edges that look like they could be printing defects rather than an acquired defect, and there are some similar marks near the center of the poster, including in the edge of March's cheek and in the background below that also look more like a printing defect than an acquired defect. Other than this, the poster was in pretty nice condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Learn More about condition grades
