Joe"; based on the play by Maxwell Anderson; about young lovers who are separated when the boy is drafted into World War II, and he is on an island in the Philippines, and the only thing that keeps him going is the letters from his girlfriend; interestingly, the movie ended without the young soldier returning home, reflective of the fact that World War II was still being fought, and that hundreds of thousands of similar young men were not yet able to come home either) starring Anne Baxter, William Eythe, Michael O'Shea, Vincent Price, Ruth Nelson, Ray Collins, Harry Morgan, and Joven E. Note that the theater that used this poster glued the two pieces together before putting them on display (this is typical of many actual theater-used three-sheets). Condition: fair. There is paper loss in the bottom right corner. There was paper loss in the bottom left corner and someone taped a large piece of another poster to the back of that area. There are creases and tiny tears on many foldlines and separation and tiny paper loss at some crossfolds.
