Condition: good. There are creases and tiny tears on many foldlines and separation and tiny paper loss at some crossfolds. There are some creases, smudges, tiny tears, faint water stains, and many pinholes in the borders. There are separations on parts of several foldlines, and some of them are mended with brown paper tape on the reverse.
