An Original 1958 (from the first release of this movie in Germany) Vintage German Film Program (measures 7 1/4" x 10 1/2" [18 x 27 cm]; 4 pages) (Learn More) Biruma no tategoto (released in the U.S. as "The Burmese Harp" and in some English-speaking countries as "The Harp of Burma"), the classic 1956 Kon Ichikawa Japanese World War II (WWII) melodrama (set in the closing days of World War II, about a Japanese soldier stationed in Burma who is sent to his platoon to talk them into surrendering, and they refuse, and almost all are killed, and he is thought killed, but he disguises himself as a Buddhist monk and he remains in Burma) starring Rentaro Mikuni, Shoji Yasui, Jun Hamamura, Taketoshi Naito, Shunji Kasuga, Tatsuya Mihashi, Taniye Kitabayashi, and Yunosuke Ito Important Added Info: Note that we have provided an image of all the pages of this 4-page program (we did this by opening it and laying it flat and photographing the front and back cover together, and the interior two pages together). This way, you see the entire program, and can well determine the exact condition of it from our super-sized image. But of course this means that the front cover appears in the top right of our image, but normally, the program would be folded down the center and you would view the cover by itself (and it will be sent folded as was originally intended).
