Date Sold 6/13/2013 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 12 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More) Peter Lawford was an English actor from the 1930s to the 1980s. He was a member of the Rat Pack, and some of his movies included: Ocean's 11, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Advise and Consent, and The Longest Day. Note that when Lawford was first signed by MGM, his mother approached Louis B. Mayer to pay her a salary as her son's personal assistant. Mayer declined and she then claimed that her son was a homosexual and needed to be "supervised". This put a damper on the relationship between her and her son! Lawford passed away in 1984 at the age of 61. Important Added Info: Note that one of the stills is in color. NOTE: On rare occasions, large lots of 9 or more black-and-white stills like this one can sometimes have one or more duplicated stills, but since we only picture 8 of the stills, if there are duplicates, they are likely not pictured. Some of the stills have varying degrees of staple holes (with one having paper loss and small tears repaired with tape from the back), creases, and/or scuffs, but several stills are in pretty nice condition.
