An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Against All Odds, the 1924 Edmund Mortimer silent cowboy western starring Buck Jones, Dolores Rousse, Ben Hendricks Jr., William Scott, and Thais Valdemar. Note that Buck Jones' white horse was named Silver (just like The Lone Ranger's later on!), and Silver made 73 movies with Buck Jones from 1922 until Jones' death in 1942 in the tragic Cocoanut Grove fire. But oddly, Silver was almost never billed on the posters for Buck Jones' movies as so many other famous horses (most especially Tom Mix's Tony) were! Also, note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned three different lobby cards from this movie (we auctioned one of those same cards three times!) until we received this different scene card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. It appears the card was pressed and flattened, which improved its appearance, but you can slightly tell it had this done by feeling the back of the card. Learn More about condition grades
