An Unfolded French Advertising Poster (measures 47 1/2" x 63" [121 x 160 cm]) (Learn More)

Vins Camp Romain (literally translates to "Camp Roman Wine"), the circa 1930s French alcohol advertising poster promoting the purchase of Camp Romain wines, and featuring Claude Gadoud art of three Roman soldiers holding bottles of red, rose, and white wines.

Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning!

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has creases and tiny tears along portions of the blank borders (which have slightly darkened) and there is a larger tear at upper center but that too only affects blank paper. The image area, other than having a few light creases, is in excellent condition!
