Jean-Marc ou La vie conjugale (released in the U.S. as "Andre Cayatte's Anatomy of a Marriage: My Days with Jean-Marc"), the 1964 Andre Cayatte French/Italian/German melodrama starring Jacques Charrier, Marie-Jose Nat, Michel Subor, Macha Meril, and Alfred Adam. Note that this movie was released the same year as Cayatte's "Anatomy of a Marriage: My Days with Francoise" and both films are the same story told through different character's viewpoints (and they were created by editing the two movies together!)
