Important Added Info: This index card has been personally autographed (signed) by Brian Bloom! Our consignor obtained this autograph in person at a Hollywood Collectors Show. While he does not have a "certificate of authenticity", we are certain it is authentic. Also included is a color REPRODUCTION 8" x 10" still that the index card could be matted and framed together with!
