An Original Vintage Theatrical Chapter #2 (The Ghost Takes a Hand) Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Crimson Flash, the 1927 Arch Heath silent fantasy crime action adventure serial starring Cullen Landis, Eugenia Gilbert, Thomas Holding, J. Barney Sherry, and Walter P. Lewis. It is unusual that you find a serial where you can't find even the slightest plot summary (likely because of how much interest there has been in serials for well over 70 years!), but THIS is that serial, because we could find absolutely nothing about it beyond the cast. This is especially sad since we know that one of the chapters is titled "The Ghost Takes a Hand", which might mean that there is a character called "The Ghost"! Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this serial until we received this lobby card! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good to fine. There is a tack hole and a few tiny creases in each corner, with a tiny tear in the upper left blank border. Otherwise, the card is in excellent condition.
