Rose science fiction (sci-fi) thriller ("Raw Panic the screen never dared to reveal!"; "You'll be paralyzed with fear... By an incredible spectacle man has never seen before!") starring Richard Denning, Kathleen Crowley, Virginia Grey, Richard Reeves, Robert Roark (billed as "Featuring Robert Roark"), and Steve Calvert (in an uncredited role as the man in the gorilla suit AND as a robot!). Note that in 1948, Steve Calvert bought Ray 'Crash' Corrigan's gorilla costume, which Corrigan had been using in movies since at least 1932. He appeared in 12 movies between 1948 and 1958 as a gorilla wearing Corrigan's costume! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster has never been machine folded! Some pre-1970 half-sheet posters were machine folded twice horizontally at the poster exchange, while some were not. It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT machine folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets). Condition: good. The poster was never folded. It has creases and scuff marks scattered in various areas throughout (see our image). It has some tears of varying lengths around the edges with a few smudges and scuffs in the blank borders. There are some pinholes around the edges of the image area. It is otherwise "all there" and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
