Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster was never folded. It had two small areas of paper loss in the top right green background above the "ME". Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. Unfortunately, after the poster was backed, it acquired water staining across the upper center of the image, approximately 2-3" wide. It caused the poster to become rippled and "lift" from the linen in those areas, more so in the left and right ends. If I owned this great poster, I would surely have a top professional remove it from the old linen and re-back it, but bear this significant defect in mind before bidding.
