An Original 1978 (from the first release of this movie in Finland) Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Finnish Movie Poster (measures 16 3/4" x 23 3/4" [43 x 60 cm]) (Learn More) Moi, Fleur Bleue (literally translates to "Me, Blue Flower"), the 1977 Eric Le Hung French young-girl-has-first-sexual-experience-and-loses-her-virginity coming-of-age comedy starring Jodie Foster (in the title role as Fleur Bleue), Jean Yanne, Sydne Rome, Bernard Geraudeau, and Claude Gensac. Everyone remembers Jodie Foster transitioning from Disney roles to the teenage prostitute in 1976's "Taxi Driver" (when she was 13), but few people know that she made this movie in France when she was just 14, and it also has a very "adult" nature to it. She lives with her supermodel sister who has an affair with an overweight French truck driver(!), and Jodie Foster falls for a private detective who is searching for her sister, and she wants to lose her virginity to him! It doesn't sound like the greatest plot, but those who have seen it say it is an excellent movie, and that Jodie Foster really stands out, and she even sang some songs on the soundtrack! It seems surprising that this movie was apparently never released in the U.S. theatrically (perhaps it was just too "adult" for that time), although it did later have a DVD release under the title "Stop Calling Me Baby!".
