Hogan Universal science fiction (sci-fi) monster horror thriller ("A new sensation in horror!"; "Original Story by Hans Kraly"; a wacky story of a scientist who discovers an "ancient Mayan nerve gas", and when his assistant is exposed to it, he becomes a mindless ghoul who needs to eat human hearts to stay alive) starring Turhan Bey, Evelyn Ankers, David Bruce (in the title role as The Mad Ghoul), George Zucco, Milburn Stone, Robert Armstrong, and Rose Hobart NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. This poster was well restored, but you can see signs of the restoration from inches away (since most people look at posters framed on a wall from at least a few feet away, we don't feel this is a defect, but we feel it should be noted). See below for this poster's pre-restoration condition (we are the only major auction company we know of that shares this information with our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). good to very good. There were creases, smudges, and small tears down the vertical fold, and to a lesser extent, across the horizontal foldlines. There were pinholes, smudges, and a few small tears around the edges of the poster. Note that the person who restored the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster.
