Artist: Drew Struzan Important Added Info: Note that this poster was never machine folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing. After 1980, it quickly became standard for posters to never be folded, and were shipped to theaters rolled in tubes. But this made it far more likely for posters to pick up minor (or major) defects, and it can be difficult to find an unfolded poster from the 1980s in excellent condition. Also note that this is a rare teaser one-sheet (note the complete lack of credits on the poster). Note that everyone knows that this movie was ultimately titled "Return of the Jedi", but that it had the original working title of "Revenge of the Jedi". Teaser posters were made with the working title, and they were made in both a dated and undated version. There are many reproductions of both versions, but we have carefully examined this poster, and we are 100% certain that it is an original ***DATED OR UNDATED*** "Revenge of the Jedi" teaser one-sheet (the poster measures exactly *" x *")! Condition: very good. There are small creases and scuff marks in the title at lower left and there are a few minor creases throughout the poster. There are smudges in the blank border at upper right.
