Salome, the 1953 William Dieterle historical romantic sword-and-sandal Biblical melodrama ("The supreme screen achievement of our time..."; "Your eyes will see the glory") starring Rita Hayworth (in the title role as Princess Salome), Stewart Granger (as Commander Claudius), Charles Laughton (as King Herod), Judith Anderson (as Queen Herodias), Cedric Hardwicke (billed as "Sir Cedric Hardwicke"; as Tiberius Caesar), Basil Sydney (as Pontius Pilate), Maurice Schwartz (as Ezra), Arnold Moss, Alan Badel (as John the Baptist), and "a cast of thousands"

Important Added Info: The poster originally had a blank top that was neatly trimmed off (this is commonly done with Belgian posters, similar to how the blank top is trimmed off of U.S. window cards)

Condition: very good to fine. The poster's top blank area was neatly trimmed off. It had been folded across the middle and there was minor wear on that foldline and some smudges in the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
