An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Alien, the classic 1979 Ridley Scott English/U.S. science fiction (sci-fi) space monster horror action thriller ("In space no one can hear you scream."; "a word of warning..."; "Story by Dan O'Bannon & Ronald Shusett") starring Tom Skerritt (as Dallas), Sigourney Weaver (as Ripley), Veronica Cartwright (as Lambert), Harry Dean Stanton (as Brett), John Hurt (as Kane), Ian Holm (as Ash), Yaphet Kotto ("as Parker"), and Bolaji Badejo (in the title role as the Alien). Note that fantasy artist H.R. Giger did the wonderful art that was used to create the alien and the alien planet, but his art was not used on any of the regular posters, only on special prints created after the movie became a hit! The poster was folded in half an extra time resulting in a vertical foldline at left and right and there are some smudges, scuff marks, and minor creases scattered throughout. There are a few tack holes in the corners of the poster with some torn or enlarged from rough removal. There is pencil writing in the right of the bottom edge of the poster.
