Brother Rat, the 1938 William Keighley Virginia Military Institute military academy romantic comedy ("From the play by John Monks, Jr. & Fred F. Finklehoffe") starring Priscilla Lane, Wayne Morris, Johnnie Davis, Jane Wyman, Eddie Albert, and Ronald Reagan. Note that two years after this movie was made, co-stars Ronald Reagan and Jane Wyman married, and remained married for eight years!

Condition: good to very good. There is a 2" tear in the top border that was repaired with tape from the back.
