An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Window Card Movie Poster (WC; measures 14" x 22" [36 x 56 cm]) (Learn More) Fox Movietone Follies of 1930 (also released as "The New Movietone Follies of 1930"), the 1930 Benjamin Stoloff musical comedy sequel (a sequel to the earlier "Fox Movietone Follies of 1929"; basically simply a series of musical numbers, strung together with a very minimal plot about a rich young man in love with a poor actress, and he hires her and her friends to perform for him at his mansion, and El Brendel is a Swedish butler who poses as a millionaire!) starring El Brendel, Marjorie White, William Collier Jr., Noel Francis, Frank Richardson, Miriam Seegar, Margaret Livingston, Paul Nicholson, and Betty Grable (in a bit part). Note that one of the musical segments in this movie has Frank Richardson and Marjorie White performing in blackface by a large number of females who are likely white actresses in black makeup. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this window card was never folded. Often window cards would be folded across the middle, because that would make them 11" x 14", and they could then be sent with standard folded posters. Most collectors put an added value on a window card that has never been folded. Condition: good. There are some brown dot water stains scattered mostly in the center of the card and around the edges. There are some tears in the right border. Still, a restorer could certainly rescue this card.
