Important Added Info: Note that this is the first edition from 1992 in its original dust jacket (most of the copies of the first edition had the price clipped from the inside of the jacket, when the book was remaindered, but this book has NOT had its price clipped. We have pictured the front cover, the title page, and the interior page that shows the publishing information, and one or more interior 2-page spreads. Note that on all hardcover books, the buyer must pay the actual cost of shipping (but if you solely buy books, or if you want the books shipped separately, they can be shipped in the U.S. only via "Media Mail", which is much less expensive than Priority Mail; unfortunately, there is no similar service outside the U.S. to Media Mail). So bear the above in mind before placing a bid on this book. Condition: good to very good. There is scuffing on the covers and a small tear at the top and bottom of the back cover of the jacket.
