An Unfolded French Advertising Poster (measures 31 1/4" x 47 1/4" [79 x 120 cm]) (Learn More)

Bieres Laubenheimer (literally translates to "Laubenheimer Beers"), the circa 1915 French liquor alcohol advertising poster promoting Laubenheimer beer, and featuring art of King Henry IV holding a stein of beer while on a white horse by Georges Ripart. Note that finding the exact date of this poster is difficult because research indicates it is likely between 1900 to 1925. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Condition: good to very good. There are a few tears of varying lengths around the edges that mostly affect the blank borders (one slightly extends into the background at lower right and that and a few others are repaired with tape from the back) and there small paper loss in a few blank border outer edges however the artwork itself is in pretty nice condition (see our image).
