An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Three-Sheet Movie Poster (3sh; measures 41" x 81" [104 x 206 cm]) (Learn More) A circa 1940s Monogram Pictures stock poster sent to theaters that regularly showed Tex Ritter movies. The theater could put up the poster each time they showed a Tex Ritter movie, and thus use the same poster over and over! The posters would often have a blank area where the title could either be written in, overprinted, or a snipe could be pasted on. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this three-sheet, and that was 18 years ago! Note that this poster was overprinted with the information for the 1940 movie "Roll Wagons Roll". Also note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Condition: good. There are a few light brown stains in small parts of the poster. There is some darkening on the back of the part of the poster that was on the outside when it was fully folded. There are some creases and several tears along the folds that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded. There are some creases, smudges, and tiny tears on some folds, and some tiny paper loss at some crossfolds. There are many tiny staple holes around the edges. Learn More about condition grades
