Condition: good to very good. folded in half at one time resulting in a horizontal fold across the middle of the card; tiny stains at top as well as some discoloration throughout the card; 1 1/4" of separation in the left end of the horizontal fold (tape on the back of the card along the horizontal fold); tack hole and stain in each corner of the card (with some paper loss at bottom from rough removal); creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the card (more so along the foldline and around the edges)
