She was considered one of the greatest pure illustrators and was a contributor to books and magazines during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. She passed away in 1935 at the age of 71. Artist: Jessie Wilcox Smith Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been heavily trimmed and it now measures 21" x 22 3/4" [53 x 58 cm]. It originally was an advertising poster for the American Radiator Company, with text printed above and below the image. Someone trimmed off those areas, perhaps because they displayed the image on their wall, and didn't want the writing. Please bear in mind this heavy trimming before bidding on this poster.
