An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Belgian Movie Poster (measures 23 3/4" x 33 1/4" [60 x 84 cm]) (Learn More) The Great Lover, the 1931 Harry Beaumont English/Italian/German romantic love triangle opera singer melodrama ("Picture based on the play produced by Cohan and Harris"; "Written by Leo Ditrichstein and Frederick and Fannie Hatton"; about a male opera star who takes a young woman as his protege in order to take advantage of her, but he finds that he is falling in love with her instead) starring Adolphe Menjou, Irene Dunne, Ernest Torrence, Neil Hamilton, and Olga Baclanova (billed as "Baclanova"). What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had unevenly darkened somewhat on the folds and around the edges. Otherwise, it was in pretty nice condition prior to linenbacking.
