An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 13 1/2") (Learn More) James Oliver Curwood's Isobel or The Trail's End, the 1920 Edwin Carewe romantic adventure thriller ("An alluring love story of the Great Northwest"; based on the story by James Oliver Curwood) starring House Peters, Jane Novak (in the title role as Isobel), Edward Peil Sr., Tom Wilson (a large white man who specialized in playing black roles in the early silent days when studios were reluctant to hire African Americans; he would put burnt cork on his face and skin!; he appeared in The Kid, but not in a black role), and Robert Walker. Note that the Robert Walker credited above was NOT the Robert Walker who starred in the 1940s and 1950s, but a different Robert Walker who started making movies in 1913, and he appeared in an amazing 255 movies through 1953, a 40 year span, but most of those were westerns, and a lot of them were very minor roles, often uncredited. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good. Note that the card has had most of its right blank border trimmed off and it now measures 11" x 13 1/2".
