(Learn More) Grizzly Adams and Grey Otter's Wilderness Adventure, the 1987 Don Shanks historical wildlife adventure thriller starring Gene Edwards (in the title role as Grizzly Adams), Don Shanks, Clint Walker, Kenny Stabler, Anita Merritt, and Link Wyler. This movie was never made. Apparently, the producers bought the rights to the character Grizzly Adams (which had been portrayed by Dan Haggerty in a movie and TV series in the 1970s), but it seems that this movie didn't get any further than having production material created for it. In 1990, Mr. Edwards did play Grizzly Adams in "The Legend of Grizzly Adams", but that seems to be completely different from this. Important Added Info: Note that this trade ad has been personally autographed (signed) by BOTH Gene Edwards AND Don Shanks! Our consignor was in the movie business and obtained this autograph in person at an exhibitors trade show in Las Vegas, and he was given a photo of himself with Mr. Edwards and Don Shanks in a paper frame by the show's promoters, and that will be sent to the winner of this auction together with the poster. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the signature is authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction. On non-signed items, we give a "lifetime guarantee" on everything we auction, but on signed items, we give the above modified guarantee of 30 days after the auction closes.
