Open your arms and take the Young Lions in!"; "Based on the novel by Irwin Shaw") starring Marlon Brando (as a Nazi!), Montgomery Clift, Dean Martin, Hope Lange, Barbara Rush, May Britt, Maximilian Schell, Dora Doll, Lee Van Cleef, and Liliane Montevecchi NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some fine surface paper loss on both foldlines. It had pinholes and tape stains around the edges, with a few tears and tiny paper loss. It had some scuffs in the solid black areas and a stain in the white background below the word "the" in the title and some scuffs at the bottom of the vertical foldline. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Learn More about condition grades
