An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) To the Ladies, the 1923 James Cruze silent businessmen-and-the-wives-behind-them comedy ("From the play by George S. Kaufman and Marc Connelly") starring Edward Everett Horton (billed as "Edward Horton"; in his sixth movie and he is top billed), Theodore Roberts, Helen Jerome Eddy, Louise Dresser, Z. Wall Covington, Arthur Hoyt, Jack Gardner, and Mary Astor (in an "undetermined secondary role"). Note that this was so early in Edward Everett Horton's career that he was billed solely as "Edward Horton", even though he was the star of the movie! Also note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
