Viva Villa!, the 1934 Jack Conway south-of-the-border Mexican-bandit-turned-revolutionary-leader biographical melodrama ("He held a nation in his power"; "...Too Big For Hollywood it was dramatized in the heart of Mexico, with thousands in the cast"; "The year's biggest picture!"; "Romance-thrills-laughs-in the year's big hit!"; produced by David O. Selznick; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award; a highly fictionalized biography of Pancho Villa, loosely based on the novel by Edgcumb Pinchon) starring Wallace Beery (in the title role as Pancho Villa), Leo Carrillo, Fay Wray, Joseph Schildkraut, Mischa Auer, Noah Beery Jr., George E. Stone, Stuart Erwin, and Katherine DeMille

Important Added Info: This Swedish poster measures 26" x 33".

Condition: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and paper loss in the corners caused by rough removal of pins. There was a 1 1/2" tear in the left of the top foldline and some creases and smudges in the 2" above the left half of the top foldline. There were some creases and a few tiny tears on the other foldlines and some minor border defects. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well. The restorer did not "match" the color of the replacement paper in the blank corners, likely assuming that it did not matter, since the corners will not show when the poster is framed.
