Important Added Info: It appears that there was likely once a plain paper cover sheet on this script, that may well have given the date and the writers' names, but if so, that page is no longer present, so the script is undated and does not credit the writers (but the movie credits Ruth Goetz and Augustus Goetz). Also note that there are blue revision pages from 7/2/48. Someone wrote the names of the actors on the first page in pen (apparently the movie had not yet been cast when this script was printed). Note that "Vanessa Brown" was originally written in as Marian Almond, but her name was crossed out and Mona Freeman was written over that (and since Vanessa Brown is written in as playing "Maria", the maid, we suspect it was just a mistake and not that the part was changed). Condition: good. It appears that there was likely once a plain paper cover sheet on this script, that may well have given the date and the writers' names, but if so, that page is no longer present, but we can't say for certain. Otherwise, the script has minor wear around the edges. Learn More about condition grades
