An Original Vintage Theatrical Chapter #5 (Treachery at the Stockade) Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) White Eagle, the 1941 James W. Horne Native American Indian cowboy western serial ("Ride with Buck... back to the dangerous days when the West was really wild!"; "Buck's on a red-hot thrill rampage in the greatest adventure show of them all!"; "the action-flaming chapter-play"; "the thrill-thronged serial epic"; "the blood-freezing thrill serial"; "the spine-tingling serial thriller"; "Greatest serial epic of them all!"; Buck thinks he is the son of a Native American chief, because they adopted him when his father was killed by the Indians) starring Buck Jones (in the title role as White Eagle), Raymond Hatton, Dorothy Fay, Roy Barcroft, and Yakima Canutt. Note that Buck Jones' white horse was named Silver (just like The Lone Ranger's later on!), and Silver made 73 movies with Buck Jones from 1922 until Jones' death in 1942 in the tragic Cocoanut Grove fire. But oddly, Silver was almost never billed on the posters for Buck Jones' movies as so many other famous horses (most especially Tom Mix's Tony) were! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. There are three small tape repairs on the back of the borders. Learn More about condition grades
