An Original Vintage Autographed Deluxe 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Television Still (Learn More) Lorne Greene was a Canadian actor from the 1940s to the 1980s. He is certainly best remembered for playing Ben Cartwright on TV's super long running western "Bonanza", but he also appeared in some movies and made other TV appearances. He passed away in 1987 at the age of 72. Important Added Info: Note that this TV still has been personally autographed (signed) by Lorne Greene! Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him).
