El Siniestro Dr. Orloff (literally translates to "The Sinister Dr. Orloff"), the 1983 Jesus Franco (billed as "Jess Franco") Spanish crime murder horror thriller starring Howard Vernon, Antonio Mayans (billed as "Robert Foster"), Rocio Freixas, Antonio Rebollo (billed as "Tony Skios"), and Maria Paz Uceda (billed as "Tina Page"). It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
