Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had creases and small tears along the folds and in the top and bottom borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. Someone many years ago linenbacked the poster onto a thin linen with no excess, and it was very roughly handled, causing additional creases and surface paper loss in the top and bottom, and also creases scattered throughout (both in the poster and the thin linen). If I owned this cool poster, I would surely have this properly re-backed, but consider all of the above before bidding on it. Learn More about condition grades
