On The Screen!") between Sugar Ray Robinson and Randy Turpin (Randolph Turpin) that took place in 1951, narrated by Jimmy Powers ("'Powerhouse' Columnist and Sports Editor of New York Daily News"). Note that this was a movie of the 1951 World Middleweight Boxing Championship bout, between titleholder Sugar Ray Robinson (great black African American boxer) and British challenger Randolph Turpin, which resulted in a stunning upset when the little-known Turpin defeated Robinson for the title. It is considered one of the greatest upsets in the history of boxing. Just two months later, they had a rematch in which Robinson regained the title. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
