An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) True to Life, the 1943 George Marshall radio romantic love triangle comedy ("Paramount's Side-Splitting Laugh Riot!"; about a radio show writer who rents a room from a typical small town family, and writes about their life on his show, but he falls in love with their oldest daughter) starring Mary Martin, Franchot Tone, Dick Powell, Victor Moore, Mabel Paige, and William Demarest NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at each crossfold and someone had put a small piece of tape on the front and back of each crossfold. There were pinholes and some tape stains in the borders. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but the restorer did not remove the pieces of tape from the crossfolds, and did not really do much of any touch up to the poster (I do not know if another restorer could remove the tape without re-backing the poster).
