The poster was mounted onto a thin linen with no excess (this was almost surely done soon after it was created). There are tears in the top right corner, with tiny paper loss and a tear in the left of the top border. There are a few tiny tears and creases around the edges, and some smudges and darkening in the bottom several inches of the poster. The poster could be displayed and enjoyed just as it is, or certainly, it could be removed from the old linen and professionally backed. Learn More about condition grades
