An Original Vintage Movie Script (measures 8 1/2" x 11" [22 x 28 cm], 107 pages) (Learn More) Sherlock Holmes in Washington, the 1942 Roy William Neill Washington D.C. detective crime mystery thriller ("The mystery master in America!"; "Based on the characters created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle") starring Basil Rathbone (in the title role "as Sherlock Holmes"), Nigel Bruce ("as Dr. Watson"), Marjorie Lord, John Archer, Don Terry, George Zucco, Henry Daniell, Edmund MacDonald, Clarence Muse, Thurston Hall, and Ian Wolfe NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this script is the first draft from June 30, 1942 and the screenplay was written by Bertram Millhauser and Lynn Riggs. The name "Milton Feld" is written in pencil on the cover of the script, so this script could have been his personal copy, or his name could have been written there for a different purpose. Milton Feld was a producer at Universal in the 1930s and 1940s, but if he was connected with this movie, we were unable to discover in what way he was, as he is not credited as a producer on it. There are a few red pencil corrections on pages 2 and 8, obviously put there by the person who used the script. Condition: very good. Learn More about condition grades
