An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Three-Sheet Movie Poster (3sh; measures 41" x 81" [104 x 206 cm]) (Learn More) Die Letzte Chance (released in the U.S. in 1946 as "The Last Chance"), the 1945 Leopold Lindtberg Swiss World War II (WWII) military prison escape thriller ("'Great!'"; "Praised to the Skies!"; "Thrilling!"; "Story and screen play by Richard Schweizer"; about three American officers who try to help a group of Italian refugees go over the Alps to Switzerland) starring Ewart G. Morrison, John Hoy, Ray Reagan, Luisa Rossi, and Giuseppe Galeati. Note that not only was this movie actually made in Switzerland (one of the few "Swiss" movies I can ever remember hearing of), but the parts of the Army officers were played for by real American pilots who had been shot down over Switzerland, and who agreed to appear in this film before returning home, and the parts of the refugees were played by real refugees! It is also interesting to note that everyone in the movie spoke in their own language, so there were subtitles for this movie wherever it was shown! If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this three-sheet was printed in 2 sections designed to overlap. Condition: good to very good. There is some darkening on the back of the part of the poster that was on the outside when it was fully folded. There are some creases and several tears along the folds that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded. There are some creases, smudges, and tiny tears on some folds, and some tiny paper loss at some crossfolds. Learn More about condition grades
