An Unfolded Music Poster (measures 13 1/2" x 20 1/2" [34 x 52 cm]) (Learn More) Chuck Berry/Grateful Dead/Johnny Talbot and De Thangs, the 1967 poster ("Presented in San Francisco by Bill Graham"; BG-55) promoting a rock 'n' roll (rock and roll) concert featuring Chuck Berry (his first concert for Bill Graham!), Grateful Dead (two months after their first major performance, and surely one of the last times they were second billed!), and Johnny Talbot and De Thangs, which took place at the Winterland in San Francisco, California on March 17th. Note that this poster features wild art of Eve and the serpent by Wes Wilson! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
