He passed away in 1962 at the age of 76. Important Added Info: Note that this contract has been personally autographed (signed) by Sam McDaniel! It is embarrassing that the studio misspelled Mr. McDaniel's name as "Sam McDaniels" (and Mr. McDaniel signed the contract as "Sam 'Deacon' McDaniel").
