The Man With Two Mothers, the 1922 Paul Bern silent comedy ("Dennis begins to like the place"; "Dennis has a birthday"; "And now the two mothers understand"; "Here was the gir-rul he was a-hidin'") starring Mary Alden ("The Mother of 'The Old Nest'"), Cullen Landis, Sylvia Breamer, Hallam Cooley, and Fred Huntley. Note that this movie was directed by Paul Bern, who, in one of Hollywood's most bizarre episodes ever (which is saying a lot!), married the much young Jean Harlow in 1932 and then shot himself after their honeymoon, apologizing for "a frightful wrong" in a suicide note! It has been rumored that he was actually murdered, and the suicide was a coverup by MGM "fixers"! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.
