Artist: Richard Amsel Important Added Info: Note that there are undated reissues and suspect posters on this classic title that are often sold as originals. The poster offered here comes to us directly from a consignor who purchased it right when the movie came out, and we have carefully examined it and we are 100% sure it is genuine. It is very difficult to find a genuine unfolded original poster for this title (see below)! Also note that this poster was never machine folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing. After 1980, it quickly became standard for posters to never be folded, and were shipped to theaters rolled in tubes. But this made it far more likely for posters to pick up minor (or major) defects, and it can be difficult to find an unfolded poster from the 1980s in excellent condition. Condition: fine. the poster was stored rolled in a tube for many years and there are light horizontal "waves" through the poster every several inches; they are truly very mild, and are really not at all noticeable from the front (I saw them when I looked at the back of the poster); if the poster is stored flat under weight for a long time, these waves will eventually completely vanish!
