An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Leather Gloves, the 1948 William Asher & Richard Quine romantic triangle boxing sports action thriller ("He 'fixed' a fight ...To win a girl ...for another guy!"; "Packing more wallop than the Saturday Evening Post story!"; "Behind their punches - - two women!"; "From a Saturday Evening Post Story by Richard English") starring Cameron Mitchell, Virginia Grey, Jane Nigh, Sam Levene, Henry O'Neill, and Blake Edwards (the famous director in one of his final movie roles; he would go on to direct "Bring Your Smile Along" 7 years later!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. The poster has some tiny dot stains and a couple of scuff lines in the title area that look to be a minor printing defect, rather than something that was added after the poster was printed. There was tiny paper loss at the crossfolds, and some pinholes scattered around the edges of the image and a couple near the top crossfold. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Learn More about condition grades
